UK
Standard delivery to UK addresses is ONLY £1.99 and orders over £20 are FREE! Delivery takes 3-5 working days.
Europe
Standard delivery to a European address is £2.99. This service takes up to 21 working days for those in Western Europe, and it can take up to 25 working days for anyone ordering from Eastern Europe.
Rest of the World*
For anywhere else in the world, standard shipping is only £3.99. This service can take up to 30 working days depending on your location. On average, it usually takes around 20 working days.
For bulk orders outside of the UK there may be additional shipping costs which we will advise you of via email before shipping your order.
Customs Charges
Please note, if you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination, and any charges relating to customs clearance must be paid by you.
It is accepted by you that TIYA Retail Ltd has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. TIYA Retail Ltd recommends that you check for more information regarding importation taxes/duties before you place your order. You will be the importer of record so will be responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.
