Delivery

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on all orders over £20. For orders under £20, delivery is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?
We dispatch from the UK and most orders arrive within a few working days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

What's your returns policy?
Easy 30-day returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it — no drama. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Running Vests

Will my phone fit?
Yes — our vests fit phones up to iPhone 17 Pro Max size, including large Android phones. The chest pocket is fully enclosed, so your phone stays secure with zero bounce.

What size vest do I need?
One adjustable design fits most body shapes — the straps adjust for a snug fit on men and women.

How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold. Do not tumble dry. That goes for all our fabric products — vests, belts, arm holders, headbands and socks.

Boobuddy™ Sizing

Which size should I choose? Go by dress size, not cup size:

• Small — 90cm band · UK 6–12 · US 2–8 · EU 32–38
• Medium — 100cm band · UK 12–18 · US 8–14 · EU 38–44
• Large — 130cm band · UK 18+ · US 14+ · EU 44+

Tip: frame matters more than cup size — many women with a larger cup but smaller frame fit best in a Small.

Bundles

How do bundles ship?
Everything in your bundle ships together in one order — one delivery, one saving.

Can I mix colours in a bundle?
Where a bundle has colour options (like the Run Ready Bundle's vest colour), you'll see them on the product page. The Weekly Rotation sock 3-pack includes one pair of each colour.

Nasal Strips & Dilators

How do they work?
Our nasal strips and magnetic dilators are designed to gently hold your nasal passages open, supporting easier airflow during sport and sleep. They're drug-free and reusable (dilators) or single-use (strips).

Are they suitable for everyone?
They're general wellness products, not medical devices. If you have a nasal condition or ongoing breathing issues, check with a healthcare professional first.
